Cant log out, cant log in

I made a user for my sister, and I gave her the information to log in.
She tells me it doesnt work.
I was going to log out to try to log in to see what was wrong...But I cant log out, it tells me it logs me out, but it doesnt.

Anyone know a solution to this?

I dont know if this is the right forum, of if more information is needed,
since it doesnt give an error.

Ah, sorry I got it fixed, I deleted all the cookies, and then it worked! Sorry for wasting time!
