strange extra marks appear in comments

I allowed to write comments but strange extra marks are added by the program. Can you help me with this?

Example:

I added:
strange things extra marks in the comments

Now we can see:
(...)strange(...) (...)things(...) (...)extra(...) (...)marks(...) (...)in(...) (...)the(...) (...)comments(...)
