[Help]How to Let Users Uplaod files into an album

okay so take a look at www.exmen3.com and in the wallpapers section i use coppermine.Its very nice and easy But i really would love it if people who registered could add files into the Fan Art category..is this possible? how do i set te album property to allow a registered user to upload a image?
