Help uploading pic

I`m sorry io haven`t searched for an answer but i`m in a hurry can you tell me what the problem is?

As an admin i`m trying to upload a picture and i get this error msg:

The file 'albums/userpics/Winter.jpg' can't be inserted in the album

Unable to create thumbnail or reduced size image

nobody has asked for the debug_output. The page I refered to has detailed instructions what you must post if you need help. As you ignore it, you don't seem to be needing help.

Well in the debug_output there is a note that specifies if we need help to copy the debug_output.

The settings are done, i only need to add a test account, dunno what good will that do since i already posted the debug_output.

Can you just tell me: to that you idiot, or you did that wrong idiot....

Anyway i`ll just use another soft it`s  not the first time coppermine fails me after 3 days.

However, I you would have wanted support, you should have done as suggested and post a link to your site together with a non-admin test user account, with debug_mode turned on for everybody, notice_display turned off and file upload method set to "Single file uploads only".
