if you are installing CPG and have a folder called "modules" two levels up then CPG will not let you install it, it perturbs you to hit the "continue anyway" and takes you to the config form, with "?continue_anyway=1" in the url, but once you fill in the form and hit submit it doesn't carry the "continue_anyway" variable and you are back to square one. A solution to this would be to put a hidden field with name "continue_anyway" and value = "1" in each form, since in the function uses $_REQUEST, or an easier route would be to cookie the continue_anyway in an else statement after "if (is_dir('../../modules') && $_REQUEST['continue_anyway'] != 1)" .
