As doing that an image keeps in albums/nombredelalbum/ and not in albums/userpics/10001/ as they all keep me.

I don't understand. You may want to illustrate your issue with a link to your site and/or a screenshot.

The photos that there raises vallan to other folder that is not userpics/10001/
