Revise Brazilian Portuguese

Hi, I am revising the brazilian portuguese PHP file to use in my galleries and would like to share it with coppermine team and users.
I am doing many grammar and stylish changes, bringing the translation to its best.

I've got a couple of questions.
What's the difference between the two language files, the utf8 and the other one?
How should I proceed when I'm done?

Is this the right forum to discuss this?

Just provide one file of them, we will create the other one. There are 2 threads where language issues are being discussed:

Cpg1.3.x is running out, so I'd suggest you start a translation for cpg1.4.x, which will soon become the stable, recommended package.
