How Can I Add A Little Bar Under Full Image ?

Hello guys , i am looking for a solution for add a bar like this under full image in coppermine 1.3.*

I mean a bar contain , User name and date of upload  ( Not On Image , Add to image at the bottom )

To me it looks like the bar you are talking about is actaully an image. You can get the same effect using any of the watermarking mod. For watermarking create an image that looks like that bar and you are done.

Then i am not sure whether such mod has been made or not. Search the Modifications/Add-Ons/Hacks board
