Navigation Links At Header

Hello,

Is it possible or already created to have a set of links placed below title at the top of every page, then have these links controlled through an area in the admin mode config area ?

you can easily add custom links by editing your theme. There's no use of having an option in the admin interface. However, there will be one custom link in cpg1.4.x
Not sure how to mark this thread - "turned down" or "done" would have been the options. Marking as "done" now.
