Fresh installation of cpg 1.4 adn 2bornot2b theme...

When clicking on thumbnail to see full image I get:

2bornot2b is a user contributed theme and not a part of the Coppermine code. As with all mods you should post a reply to the thread dealing with that mod if you require support.

To continue what Nibbler has said - I made 2bornot2b for my own site but since people loved it I put it out for download.... it largely goes unsupported for newer versions etc - however I would be obliged if someone would do the needed fix and post them.
