Folks I searched the board for this and read the docs – I really did.

Am I correct in concluding that a normal registered user can not access images they uploaded to move them, say, from a mistaken public album into the correct public album?

Or edit the caption information?

I've had users asking me for help with this.

And embarrassingly, I told them to access the "Edit description" link under their image (I always see this as admin).

After they spent some no doubt frustrating time looking for this missing button, they write me back saying they can't find it.

So I created a normal user account from scratch and try it myself.

Sure enough, no "Edit description" button.

Am I missing something?

Is there no way for a user to update or correct their own uploads unless they are an admin?

Thanks!

Upgrade to 1.4.3. There is a config to let people edit the pics they upload.

Thanks TranzNDance.

So I'm correct then, yes? No such function in 1.3?
