How to add "phpbb who's online style" block under the main menu on the left

I modified theme "Power red01" slightly and also modded to have the "who's online block" .  Currently the who's online block is shown beneath the "last additions" block in the main page .  How do I modify to have the "who's online" block appears underneath the "main menu" on the left .

I am using cpg1.3.5
