Hi

i just updated my test gallery to 1.4.2 (from 1.4.1).
i have copied all files from another server (including thumbs and normals)

when adding pics via batch upload i now always get "click for details or reload" instead of an icon. if i click on that, i get a page with cryptic text like "". the pic is added to the database...

if i add a new pic where i dont have thumb and normal copied before, i constantly get

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 11556 bytes) in /srv/www/httpd/pytalhost/4775/html/include/picmgmt.inc.php on line 259

where the number after "allocate" varies . i know this could be an issue of the server, but i remember from 1.22b there was a function that tried to allocate as much memory as possible for the batch upload program... maybe thats a place to threw ..

and while i am at it:

the 1.22b batch upload did show only files that where not in the database, such giving a more overviewable view. if you have 300 r 400 files in the directory (and in the database), and add 1 or 2 more - why show 400 files in the list when only 2 are relevant ?

lastely: great job you are doing here ... thanks for that, and keep up the good work :-)

The BOM issue and the error message are not related. What language file are you using? Please post more details for an actual bug report.

Marking thread as "fixed", as the BOM issue has been taken care of.
