Cannot upload files

Hello,
My sysadmin recently moved the entire server on another machine (from linux , to FreeBSD).I successfully moved my gallery (http://reallove.lsun.net),but the problem is that now I can't upload new files.
I tried to re-install the gallery,switched the folder and files permisions,no result.The problem is I don't know where to get help : from my sysadmin or from you? I've created a new gallery just for testing purposes,to see the problem.It's on http://reallove.lsun.net/cpg135/ ,with username 'test' and password 'test'.Can someone check why I can't do the upload?

permissions of the edit folder are set to 777 ?

Yes they are .(in fact,coppermine install did not succeed until all the folder permissions were ok).

problem solved by my sysadmin :
php_admin_flag register_globals offphp_admin_flag safe_mode off
