Upload pics, title and description using a comma delimited file

I have community pictures where each home address, owner and description is in an excel file. I was wondering if it is possible to include a column for picture filename in the spreadsheet, save it as some file type and upload the pictures with the title and description.

Or, can I ftp the photos to my album and use a file to associate title and comments with a specific picture.
