Can't see pictures, only see Red X in gallery

Hi -

I was wondering why certain people can't see any pictures in my Coppermine gallery. I have two peoples so far reported that they only see red X, not the pictures. One person has tried it with 3 different browser, still couldn't see them. Many people can view the gallery without problem.
