I need this problem solved ASAP!

I`ve installed my foto gallery and when I try to lunch it I get this message:

My hosting administrator tells me that the congig file of my gallery has to stay on my account , not on the server.
Can you please tell me what to do?

Tell him that the include_path must include a dot (.) for relative includes to function correctly.
