Concurrent connections are not being cleared?

My webhost provider (Godaddy.com) is telling me that I am exceeding my user connection limit on my website because Coppermine is not closing concurrent connections after a user leaves the site. They said there was a line of code I could add to Coppermine to clear concurrent connections. Does anyone know where I can find this? Users cannot connect to the main site because I am exceeding my user connections. That said Coppermine was causing the issue. Can anyone help? The site name is www.suncoasttrailblazers.com.
