Navigation problem in real and virtual albums

If I call up an intermediate image and navigate via prev and next buttons within the album pics I noticed that those buttons are also displayed if there is no previos or next image. That's a bit confusing. Users could think there is a next or previous image and the navigation isn't working. I would prefer that the next and prev buttons are only displayed if there is a next or previous image. Is there any way to do this?

By the way the problem exists as well in real as in virtual albums.

this is a known issue that is on our to-do list for cpg1.5.x.
Currently no fix available.
