How to change default Album for images during uploading?

Dear Support,

How to change default album for images in popup ( list box) during uploading the files?

I got access to upload files for registered user to upload files in a few albums, but default album is the same as name of user,
e.g. user_1 has own album: user_1 and have additionally access to upload files in any other albums, and I would like to change default album, because default album is user_1 and I want to have other default album, not the user strict name album.
How to make this?
Is there any flag for default album in  DB ?
