problems after installation / no admin rights

Hi, sorry but i have not found somthing to solve my problem

after installation this message is on the top of the site and i cannot login as admin (no rights)

Warning: Undefined property: active in /mnt/am1/08/623/00000015/htdocs/gallery/include/debugger.inc.php on line 43

the same message  i found here in the board but no answer.....sorry....

i use webspace from strato "premium XE package"

please help me!!
