Hi,

If a phpBB 2.0.18 member contains accents, it looks strange in Coppermine 1.4.2
For example, a guy called Jérôme in phpBB can see his name in Coppermine like that : J?r?me

Have I something special to correct this ?

NB : it's a french forum/gallery
