Random voting

Is there a way to add a link to the menu that would allow you to vote and then have a new image randomly displayed?  Similar to hotornot.com so that new images just rotate randomly for voting.

Yeah Coppermine is definitly the best web gallery I've ever used, but I think these 2 addon's would be great:

1. PHP-Nuke Block that shows a random image that has a radio button rating system
2. After a user rates that image the randomrate module opens and the user is able to rate all the images.
