Has anyone updated the Kubrick theme (discussed here: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=13514.0 ) so that it works with Coppermine 1.4.2? I gave it a go, but got stumped when trying to create theme.php.

Looks good - probably won't take too much work to turn that into a Kubrick template.

Bump.

Anyone out there keen to give this a go? Given the popularity of the Kubrick theme for 1.3.x there must be quite a few people out there who would be keen for this. M eincluded.

(I'll give it another go when I have a bit more free time, but that's hard to find at the moment).

I have never "themed" before but it looks like I have most of it complete.

It is not XHTML compliant yet.... I need help with that part.

Also I can't get the {VANITY} or {CUSTOM_FOOTER} tags to work properly... please help.

cpg1.4.x_kubrick_rev1.zip

Like I said this is my first time having a go at "theming."

I edited to add the new revision.  Fixed some fonts and errors.... still need XHTML and Vanity Fixed.

dub_doctor

Well done Jokinawa.
Looks good so far.
Hopefully won't be too difficult to fix the few problems, but I'm afraid I can't help.

Now lets see if I can customise it to fit in with my wordpress installation.

mtknelson

been sitting here for the better part of 2 hours trying to do what you've done here, jok...  Thanks!!! :)

I'll look at the two tags and see if I can figure out anything.  Ironically, when I was messing around I had those working, but not the menu tags... go figure...

Joust edit the .css file and search for "font-size" and make the values larger.

I get a website from that link to Kubrick 1.4. It is a Mambo driven site. I see no link for downloading the Kubrick 1.4 theme.

Okay.At Now i have a problem somebody do you know from where i may download this templete "kubrik" for last stable version 1.4.3
with some link
Please !

P.S Special Thanks from now

Some users may have converted the cpg1.3.x Kubrick theme for their own use with cpg1.4.x, yet nobody has contributed the upgraded theme. In other words: Kubrick for cpg1.4.x isn't available unless you (yes, I mean you) upgrade it and contribute it here.

joerod

can someone please provide a link for the kubrick theme that will work with 1.4.  the link listed above is not working.. thanks

Joachim Müller

why don't you read the posting just above yours? Kubrick isn't available yet for cpg1.4.x!

Could someone share this file again? It seems that the original link is dead now (it links to main page, no file).
Maybe someone could even attach the zip to this forum?

Thanks by advance,
Alex

Now this thread is getting silly. Look, the kubrick theme hasn't been ported for cpg1.4.x, or at least nobody has released it. The person who posted the link you're quoting has decided to remove the file refered. It's simply not there. If the kubrick theme should become available for download one day, we'll ad it to the demo and download section. If it's not there, then this means that we don't have it nor do we know where to get it (except doing as suggested and porting it from cpg1.3.x).
End of story. Locking this thread now. Don't bother asking for it on another thread.
