I don't want my users to be able to upload documents or sound files. From what I see in the docs, you can put "ALL" in the config, or list the file types, but is there a setting that will disallow all docs or sound files?
You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink - he's got to discover that it's wet for himself.

yes: an empty field will disallow all files of that type.
