[req] Daily Upload Limit

Hi!

I´m going to set up an photocommunity where photographers can share their photos an talk about them.
Is there a hack for coppermine which limits the users to upload more images than one per day or 7 images per week?

I´ve used the search but didn´t find anything about that...
