I am on this picture & new comment features

Hey there...

I'd like to see some additional features in coppermine releases:

1. I am on this picture
Allow a member to mark an image as pic which shows him (People on pic: MrX, MissX... [i am on this pic!])

2. New comment on a picture which shows you
Integrate a list that shows all the pictures that have been marked by user with flag "I am on this pic" and include comments that are newer than the timestamp of users "last seen" (have not been read).

Should not be too hard to integrate but would be an improvement.
