OK. My Coppermine Gallery is integrated with Vbulletin. So my usergroups automatically get moved over to coppermine.

Just recently we been getting "new" members leaving rude comments to the photos in the gallery. So they person PMs me and I go and remove the comments as I am the Admin.

I thought the members could edit and remove comments from their own photos (one at a time) like I can with the  (E) and (X) .
But I logged in as a "stangette" (the only usergroup that can post their own album) and didn't see the E and X like I do.

So I'm asking if theres a way this feature can be implemented in the coppermine gallery ?

Thank You

moderator capabilities have been requested before. Currently, coppermine doesn't have them, so only the admins can edit/delete comments that are not their own. Making others admin to accomplish this is not recommended though.
However, there's a "report to moderator/administrator" feature.

Currently, users can delete all comments associated with files, if they are given access to edit their own files. Is it possible to give them more granular control over comment deletion/editing?
