Don't know how I did it, was trying to create a new user, then found I couldn't log in again.

Searched the forum & as suggested logged in to phpmyadmin and looked at cpg135_banned, but can see nothing that seems to relate to me.

What do I try next please?

Wow, I'm learning fast, managed to work out what I should be doing and deleted the "new user" - which was me.
