How do you reinstall CPG 1.4 without deleting the image files, like the headings, albums etc..?

Replace all the files EXCEPT inlcude/config.inc.php, include/install.lock and albums folder,  with files from a fresh zip package. Don't touch database. Keep it as it is. This way you will preserve your current data.
