cpg10403 login problem

I can login and cpg and get the wellcome, but then i can't get to the admin menus or see the albums. Can you help me?

Are you certain you are in admin mode?

yes, as admin i get logged in and i can do everything the promblem is that users can't log in. Logged as admin it looks like there aren't registered members, but if i try to create a new member whith the username of an old member it says there are a member with the same user name.
