Can't alter "Allow unlogged users access" to yes

Hi,

Just upgraded from 1.3.x to 1.4.2 using fantastico script and now my gallery will only let registered users access. 

When I change the "Allow unlogged users (guest or anonymous) access" to Yes and save config, it doesn't take and still says no.  Some other config options won't change either while some will.

Can anyone help?

You need to run update.php from your browser, its a known problem with fantastico.
