I'm sorry, I don't understand. Please re-phrase your potential error report, using more words. There are no dev team members who speak russian, you'll have to provide details like "When doing XXX, YYY happens, so FOO should be replaced with BAR"

no language file is suppossed to be in any other encoding than utf-8. The language file contributed by mac666 is just faulty, I won't look into details. Thanks for your error report, but I habe to tell you that the russian language file is just buggy, I'll remove it from the cvs.
