I have XP publishing wizard working on my computer, but, the wizard window that should appear to  resize the image(s) is not showing up.  I tried the XP publishing wizard from a second computer and the resize option DOES appear (and it works great) Any suggestions.

Both systems are using XP Home addition and the site has CPG 1.4.3 stand alone.
