Problem with retrieving lost password - Invalid_session

I'm not sure when it happened, but when users attempt to retrieve their password, they get "General Error" "Invalid_session" - everything else appears to work just fine.

1.4.3 integrated with phpBB 2.0.18

Sounds like a phpbb issue. When bridging, users and related functions are handled by the bbs.
