Duplicating pictures after upload

I have a big problem with my coppermine
I've installed it on a free.fr serveur, I used the patch
but sometimes, when I upload a picture, I got 2 or 3 of the same picture in the album instead of 1, with the same title and description !
What can I do to resolve this ?

what I meant was a deep link to an album containing 2 times the same pic. Please post such a link.

Are you sure you have not clicked on upload several times just be cause you felt it did not upload the first time?


As I see there are indeed three different files of the same image in the album....
