i have two users who can't...

I have two users who live in Israel that say when they go to my gallery main page, all they get is a white screen.  no one else seems to be having a problem with it, and I have visitors from everywhere.  is there something in the gallery config i need to change or is it something with their connection or my server? my page is www.shineon-media.com/gallery

Clean out all the old files in the lang folder so that you have only those that come with the 1.4.3 package.
