I have a small gallery page where visitors can download "the making of" videos of from my photo shoots. The problem I have encountered is that the video is inaccessible. I get an error message saying "the link could not be saved. The webpage might have been removed or had its name changed."  The video file is in the proper album and it plays without problem when I click the thumbnail or the play button. You just can't download it using my link that I created below it. I've used BBcodes to set up a path to the file. Could this be the problem that the path though it is copied and pasted exactly, is actually not the path?  I'm confounded. Can someone please help. I've put my gallery page on "offline" mode till I resolve this. I'm testing my gallery on FireFox. I am using PHP 4, server unix. I have also tested the link on MSIE with same bad result.
Thanks
Candice

Please set the gallery to online and post a link to the page in question.

My search of this board returned this thread:

is this correct and will it work on the current version. The thread is a little dated, also I wish to have the video played but give viewers the option to download as well.
