I have searched this forum for hours and now i am fustrated. It doesn't search very well.

I have installed coppermine on my server and have an error. I have code at the top of the page, which i belive is to identify a user as an admin. seems it is not execuiting ans showing on the top of the page, also code is displayin at the bottom of the page. I tryed trouble shooting this my self with no luck.
