Hey I'm having the same problem as the person on the Impossible to move thread. I followed the steps.

Can you please help fix it. Thanks :)

when using the test user account you posted, I get
QuoteSorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files
Allow uploads to at least one punlic album (using "album properties") ::)

Upgrade to cpg1.3.5 at least!

KHP

Sorry. I think it should work now.

Inorder for this to be fixed I have to upgrade?I don't know how I would do that.
Sorry for being a pain, the webmaster of the site usually works with the technicial issues, but I can't seem to get ahold of her. Its been over a week since the gallery has been working.

Make sure permissions for the /albums directory (and all subdirectories) are set to 777.
Do not send me a private message unless I ask for one.  Make your post public so everyone can benefit.

yes, that's why I said you need to upgrade twice.

Download the cpg1.3.5 package and read the upgrading section in the docs that come with it and are available online as well: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg13x/docs/index.htm#13

This has been announced already in http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=22132.0

I wish I could do it, but I guess I'll just have to wait and see if she emails me back. I sent her all the info you gave me. Thanks.

This might be a silly question but is there anyone on the forum who I can give my username and password to that would be able to easily upload the new version?
