Can you make pics private?

Is there a way to make individual pictures private instead of an album? And then they can be unlocked by a member for another member? CPG 1.4.3

there's a mod that makes it possible to let only the album owner and his friends view the album. Nothing prewritten code for individual pics as far as I know
