Needed a Full new sister site with coopemine!

Hi everyone

I have an adult site http://ww.arabsexcity.com
i used coppermine 1.3 for my photo and arabic movies.
I am thinking to do a sister website and use the latest coopermine. The thing is i am not a developer myself and my coppermine have been edited to much to my needs by respected programers here.

I really dont have any idea on how much i will bew paying so i will leave it to you guys. The work must be done with a pro and minimal mistakes in the faster time.
