I created an album, then I tested it, everything is ok. After I use the Batch add files to add images I uploaded to the album I've just created. I can't view the album by clicking its name on the home page, the browse would display as when you typed in a non-exist url.
But after a while, i open a new browser window, everything is perfect again.

Hi, I try to do as the topic, but I still got that problem. After using Batch add files to add files uploaded to a folder on my host, the link to album is display:

HTTP 404 not found

The page cannot be found
The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

Please try the following:

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

Open the xxx.com home page, and then look for links to the information you want.
Click the  Back button to try another link.
Click  Search to look for information on the Internet.

I was able to upload a file just fine, so the issue appears to be related to batch-adding. Post the URL you're being sent to that shows the 404 error (copy it from the browser's address bar).

It only happens right after using Batch add files, if i open a new browser windows, and copy that link to it, everything is fine. I don't know if that issue is a problem with my computer or my hosting server. I can provide you an admin account and a ftp account, so you can test the batch add files on my host, I've just wondered if i'm annoying you, because this is not a big problem.
