Registered users Unable to upload

I gave the right to registered usres to upload and chenged permissions in galleries.
I gave the same permissions as admin has, but no change.

phpbb is  2.0.18

something happens with registered users, just because with guests works properly.

then post a non-admin test user account if you want supporters to take a look. Post a screenshot of your groups page as well.

exactly. Create a user who is member of the registered group (not an admin user!). Read the docs, as you have diabled permissions for regular users to have a personal gallery, so if you want them to upload, make sure to set the upload permissions for at least one public album using the album's "properties" dialog.
