I have installed the gallery via my ISP which runs an auto installation.

I am unable to view any pictures, either uploaded pictures AND images such as buttons, logos etc. If I change a theme from classic, then I loose everything except text.

1. I have set the permissions as per your instructions - I have tried both 755 and 777 settings
2. I have added define('SILLY_SAFE_MODE', 1);to the config.inc.php file as well in case my ISP is not running Safe mode correctly (My ISP says that all files should be set to 755 on his server) and changed the appropriate files permissions to 777 just to see if it worked - no.

I have searched the forums but unable to find a thread with the same fault as this - please help.

I have done further searching on the forum and come up with this thread:

http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=3364.msg14807#msg14807

It mentions that the logos on his site were corrupted? This was cured by re-installing the images to the server. However, i do not have that option(?) as my install came straight from my ISP via a control panal.

Post a link to your site for a start. Autoinstallers are often buggy, we suggest you only use the version of Coppermine directly from our site.

Thanks for the reply - I am starting to get a very sore head!

As for auto installing from your site, this" may" be beyond my capabilities - Please have a look at the site first then advise from there.
You will see that I have attempted to change the banner for my own, however the "fault" of no logo was there prior to me trying to changing it.

Check you don't have hotlink protection stopping the images being displayed, also http://user-galleries.wildlife-galleries.co.uk/images/banner_header2small.png is simply not there.
