I think you should make this coppermine works on postgresql too.

We all thinks so too - but too much coding needs to be changed - perhaps version 2 will have DB abstraction

oh, this might take a while :wink: ; what Tarique was saying: version 2.0 may have this feature - Greg's first version used to be 1.0, followed by 1.1.0 and 1.1.1 - now we're planning to release version 1.2.0 soon. Although coppermine might gain some momentum with several devs working on it, it will surely take a while before we reach at version 2.0...
