OK i upload a few clips .wmv at firsted they played just fine, but no they wont play through the gallery nor if i copy and paste the link directly and paste it in to WMediaPlayer... this is what i get when i paste the link in IE

Is it my permissions.. i have changed them to 755 to 777 and still nothing??

any one lead the way?

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /gallery/albums/uploads/Video/18727599_wmr.wmv on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

how are we suppossed to give support without a link to the page that doesn't work for you ::)?

pcboy123

what link page?
what are you talking about?

i said that the video doesnt play..

here the link to the gallery
http://monica.srcservice.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=6
the one im working on!

Yes, this is a permissions issue - when trying to acces http://monica.srcservice.com/gallery/albums/uploads/Video/14986555wmr.wmv directly that is embedded into http://monica.srcservice.com/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-48, I get a 403 forbidden error as well. Change permissions accordingly.

and what would that be from your experiance?  ???

What's the size of a fish in the ocean from your experience ;)? Hard to say I guess, they vary in size...
For most server setups, 755 or 777 are fine. Please read the whole section on permissions in the docs: http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#permissions
