Error message- Impossible to move

Hi, I'm a newbie here so please bear with me :-\
I setup coppermine 1.4.3 on my website and it has worked great for a while, but now it says this:
"Error message- Impossible to move" when I try to upload.
I read all around this forum and read all the troubleshooting guides, they don't help.
I'm hoping it's something in my settings- I'll post my debug info if you need me to.
Before I forget, here is my photogallery.

Maybe they don't help you but they help us so please do as suggested. Verify you set file/folder permissions correctly according to the docs.

Gosh darn it I hate it when people are right and  you were right.

The problem was in with the permissions- I just changed all the contents of include and albums to 777.
I think I'll go party now

That fixed mine, but now I get this error when I continue:

PHP running on your server does not support the GD image library, check with your webhost if ImageMagick is installed

Please don't post an unrelated issue on an already solved thread with a perfectly self explanatory error message.
