Need help with this

I just started a phpbb2 forum, called Aquatic-Photography.com, and have been looking for an addition to it for people to store graphics. This looks like it could work.  The problem is that I have no idea how php code works,  I know html and that is about it.  I also have seen many different templated and have been to phphack and have tried a couple with no success.  I really could use some help here.

have you read the cpg documentation and faq yet?  what have you tried and what error messages do you see?
