looking for quick install

I have been at this for almost 2 weeks to try and get this install done. I'm not a noob, but for some reason, this isn't happening for me.
I keep getting conflicting errors when trying to install:

cpg 1.4.3
stramm mod
oranje theme
paypal hack

is this do-able? or does one conflict with the other?
if you can do this, quick, please let me know your rate and availability.
